About Us
TaylorD Renovations Ltd was set up in September 2022 by Dean TAYLOR.
After a distinguished career in the New Zealand Police he has returned to his previous trade by starting up his own renovation company.
Dean successfully completed his apprenticeship and qualified as a carpenter / builder in 1999. He has has worked as a builder in New Zealand and abroad.
During his police career he worked in Auckland City, North Shore, Waitakere and Rodney areas. The last 4 years of his career he worked as a Sergeant servicing the communities of Hibiscus Coast and greater Rodney Area.
Dean is now excited to working with people to fulfill their property needs.
What We Do
We do everything from property maintenance to small renovation projects such as outdoor spaces, decks, fences, retaining walls, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, and office spaces.

Flood damaged bedroom with rot on wall battens - all wall battens removed, waterproof membrane painted on concrete wall prior to replacing wall battens.
